Selected Work Samples + Project Highlights

We work with change agents at public & private sector organizations to design, facilitate, and evaluate culture change and transformation initiatives related to peace, well-being, and justice. Here are some examples of our work:

​​​​STRATEGIC DIRECTION & DATA JUSTICE

• Assessed the 2016 Colombian Peace Accord implementation with the Colombia Barometer Initiative and analyzed emerging data reporting to policy makers to help prevent a breakdown in the agreement, prevent violence, and build peace.

• Designed and facilitated strategic planning workshops and security training for staff at the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies and Caritas Colombiana.​​​

​​DIALOGUE & RECONCILIATION

• Worked with the Asia-Pacific Centre for the Responsibility to Protect to design and facilitate dialogue with the Rafting for Peace team of ex-FARC combatants and Colombian nationals.

• ​Engaged a conflict assessment to pilot an alternative dispute resolution and restorative justice process with the Office of Global Diversity and Inclusion at Portland State University.

COMMUNITY SAFETY & VIOLENCE PREVENTION

• Evaluated the Mt. Scott-Arleta Community Safety project, presented findings and policy recommendations to the City of Portland's Community Safety Division.​

• ​Facilitated public health & education programming for youth and community leaders throughout Nicaragua.

EQUITY CAPACITY

• ​Supported an Executive Director of a national non-profit organization to develop and implement a DEIJ plan and resource tool to increase Black community member representation and engagement.

​

• Stewarded Prosper Portland's racial equity and economic prosperity agenda by co-creating the Culture Change Roadmap framework.​

​

• Guided culture change processes with Brown Hope, WorldOregon, Donate Life NorthWest, and others.

EVALUATION & PROJECT LEADERSHIP

• Developed an evaluation framework to review 8 Climate Adaptation Science Centers.
• ​Co-designed and instructed a Program Evaluation Certificate Course and assessed findings to report local and international public health data to the Oregon Health Authority. 
• Trained the National Policy Consensus Center on participatory evaluation approaches to develop a scalable implementation framework.
