Our approach:
We offer curated packages tailored to meet your unique context, needs, an goals. While we do not use a blueprint, we draw from successful projects and practice we've gathered over 20+ years of doing this work. Working with us, you can expect open and clear communication and documentation of the process. We involve you throughout the process, and generally suggest the following order of operations, while leaving space for the unexpected and your brilliant ideas:
- Design Meeting: In our first meeting we will review your context, goals, and needs - and clarify roles, timeline and next steps.
- Design Process: This is time our team takes for assessment and design of deliverables that may include 1:1 sessions, training, or evaluation, for example.
- Check-in: We commit to communicating with you throughout the process, and schedule specific meetings to discuss progress and adapt as needed.
- Implementation: Here we deliver what we have collaboratively determined is best for you, your team, collaborators and community.
- Debrief: Learning and reflection are key components of the process; we will meet to discuss what worked, what could be improved, and potential next steps based on our recommendations and final report.
