For organizations committed to learning and ready for change. We begin with a design meeting to further discuss your challenges and goals, the project plan, clarify roles, timeline, and next steps.

After the session, you will have an asset that identifies your obstacles and opportunities that will allow you to move forward with your team or to hire me to help do the heavy lifting and facilitate the process.

From here, we can design a process with additional project deliverables to implement that will be built into a more comprehensive scope of work.
